Confidential preliminary/intake meetings are offered to assess suitability and readiness for mediation, to understand objectives, as well as to consider and discuss best process to ensure your mediation is as productive as possible.
Anna works as independent neutral mediator to create a safe confidential space for having difficult conversations, ensuring this is done in a balanced way, working collaboratively with parties in both private and joint sessions to explore creative commercial options for resolution.

Anna guides participants through intake processes, information exchange, joint and private active listening sessions, involving clarifying, reframing and options exploration.

Anna regularly accepts the role of Independent Solicitor from the Court and private firms in injunctive relief proceedings concerning intellectual property and employment disputes. Her extensive skills and experience are well suited to the role which requires a careful balance of both legal and human elements.
